This is a classic washed Ethiopian coffee grown in the high-altitude Arbegona District of Sidama Zone. Ripe cherries are selectively handpicked and de-pulped on the same day of harvest. The coffee then undergoes a traditional washed process—fermented for 36 to 48 hours, thoroughly washed to remove mucilage, and sun-dried in parchment on raised African beds for 12 to 15 days to ensure even drying.The result is a clean cup with white florals, lemon zest, and stone fruit notes.
