Grown at elevations between 1,600 and 2,200 meters above sea level, the beans benefit from the region's rich volcanic soils and meticulous processing methods. The result is a cup bursting with juicy berry notes, tropical and red fruits, and a pleasant sweetness, all underpinned by a bright acidity and medium body.
